We work with specialist customs-clearance partners and dedicated shipping channels. DDP delivery is available for eligible destinations; your order confirmation states the route and included duties and shipping charges.
If customs seizes your shipment, Poker Magic Store sends a replacement at no extra charge. We cover the replacement products and the cost of shipping them again. This is our replacement commitment, not a promise that customs will never inspect or seize a parcel.
Products ship in neutral, double-sealed packaging to protect the contents and keep exterior product branding discreet. Discreet packaging does not replace accurate shipping and customs documentation.
We handle your order and recipient details confidentially and require our logistics and customs-clearance partners to use them only for fulfillment and necessary clearance. Delivery still requires sharing the information needed by the carrier and clearance partner.
Selected in-stock accessories can dispatch within 24–48 hours in the USA. Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed for each order; custom systems and preorder items need separate preparation. Dispatch time is not delivery time.
Eligible unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Contact lenses with an opened sterile seal are not eligible.
