Does an analyzer include the camera and cards?

Not automatically. A host, camera, marked cards and receivers may be sold separately. The product page lists the included items; starter kits have distinct tiers. Confirm compatibility and the complete component list with us before ordering.

How do I get a quote or place an inquiry?

Choose products from the catalog, add them to the inquiry list, then open Telegram or WhatsApp. Review and send the message yourself. No email address or online payment is required; the final configuration, price and delivery terms are confirmed directly.

What happens if customs seizes my shipment?

If customs seizes your shipment, Poker Magic Store sends a replacement at no extra charge. We cover the replacement products and the cost of shipping them again. This is our replacement commitment, not a promise that customs will never inspect or seize a parcel.

When can products ship, and what can be returned?

Selected in-stock accessories can dispatch within 24–48 hours in the USA. Availability and dispatch timing are confirmed for each order; custom systems and preorder items need separate preparation. Dispatch time is not delivery time. Eligible unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
